Jilin Provincial Government Scholarship- Changchun University of Science and Technology Program is a full scholarship established by Jilin Provincial Government to support Changchun University of Science and Technology (CUST) to recruit outstanding international students for postgraduate studies in Jilin province, China.

Program Categories, Duration and Language of Instruction

1. This scholarship only supports master’s programs, which are taught in English; include Mechanical Engineering, Computer &Application Technology, Information and Communication Engineering and Master of Business Administration.

2. The scholarship duration is 2 years, cannot be extended.

Scholarship Coverage

-a waiver of fee for registration, tuition, laboratory experiments, internship, and basic textbooks;

Cost of experiments or internships beyond the program curricular is at student’s own expense.

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must:

-be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health;

-be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for master’s programs;

-have an overall GPA over 75 on 100 scale in undergraduate school.

Application Procedure

1. Applicant must sign up at online application system (http://cust.apply.cucas.cn/).

2. Applicant logins in to the online application system, completes the required information , submits the application according to the application process ( choose ‘Jilin Provincial Government Scholarship’ in option of ‘Select program’ on ‘Select program’ page, choose ‘Jilin Provincial Government Scholarship’ in option of ‘study type’ and ‘Two Academic years ’ in option of ‘Duration’ on ‘Please Select Study Type’ ).

3.CUST reviews the application documents, interview the fittest candidates, and sends the pre-admission notice.

4.After receiving the email or the internal message with a title of ‘Approved by school’, applicant must login in to the online application system, click ‘apply scholarship’, then choose ‘Jilin Provincial Government Scholarship’, download the application form and complete it, and upload it to online application system.

5. CUST reviews the application form, then offers the applicant official admission.

4. Notarized highest diploma (photocopy): Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

5. Academic transcripts: Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

6. A Study Plan or Research Proposal in Chinese or English (A minimum of 500 words ).

7. Two recommendation letters in Chinese or English issued by professors or associate professors.

8. Certificate of English proficiency, IELTS or TOEFL, only for Non-English Native speakers

9. Copy of visa: Only for students who have already be in China.

10. A copy of Physical Examination in English, at least six months (6) within its validity (if it is not available during the epidemic, a statement of personal responsibility shall be provided)

11. No criminal record (if it is not available during the epidemic, a statement of personal responsibility shall be provided)

12. A picture of the whole body in 3 months and a full-body video in 10 seconds

13. Talents in art and sports are preferred and corresponding proof or performance video are required.

Others

1.Students are not permitted, in general, to apply to change their specialties or the duration of study as specified in the Admission Letter once they agree to accept the scholarship.

2.If applicants fail to register before the deadline for registration, their scholarship will not be reserved.

3. Scholarships will be canceled for those who cannot pass the health examination.

(1) Application Due Date:10th of April every year

(2) Creteria & Eligibility
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health.
2. Applicants must not be students in Chinese universities at the time of application.
3. Education background and age limit:
– Applicants for master’s degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 45.

(6) Approval and Notification
QUST will send the Admission Notice and Visa Application for Study in China (JW202) to the students.
Notes: Shandong Government Scholarship students shall go through Scholarship Annual Review. The students who are qualified can obtain next year’s scholarship.

(7) Visa Application and Registration in China
1. Visa Application
The admitted applicants can take The Admission Notice and Visa Application for Study in China (JW202) to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate to apply for an X visa. The applicants should have medical examinations in the hospital appointed by the Embassy or Consulate of the People’s Republic of China. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Physical Examination Record for Foreigners.
2. Registration
Date for registration is presented in the Admission Notice. Pick-up service is arranged for new-comers during the registration date. Upon registration, scholarship students shall present passports, Admission Notice, Physical Examination Form for Foreigners along with four passport photos. Those who are unable to register on time must get permission from the University directly. Those who fail to register without the prior consent of the University will be considered as voluntarily giving up the scholarship and the scholarship will be automatically terminated.
3. Health Verification and Residence Permit
Health verification: Scholarship students who are to stay in China for more than 6 months are requested to bring their passports, Admission Notice, the original Foreigner Physical Examination Form and the Blood Test Report to the local health quarantine office to have their medical examination reports verified. Scholarship students who do not meet the requirements of the above authority will be required to re-take the medical examination. Those who refuse to re-take the medical examination or are diagnosed with diseases that are not permitted to stay in China according to the Chinese laws and regulations will be required to leave China.
Residence Permit: After the health verification, the scholarship students must apply for residence permit to the local police authority with their passports, Admission Notice and Visa Application for Study in China (JW202) within 30 days upon their arrival.
Expenses incurred in the procedures above shall be born by the scholarship students themselves.

Shandong Provincial Government Scholarship for Foreign Students is set up by Shandong Provincial Government in order to encourage international students to come to Shandong for study and scientific research.

Chengdu the Belt and Road Initiative Scholarship

I、Introduction

In 2018, Chengdu Municipal People’s Government officially set up Chengdu “the Belt and Road” Initiative Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the “Scholarship”) in order to further the exchange and cooperation along “the Belt and Road” initiative countries and enhance mutual understanding and friendship.

The Scholarship is provided by Chengdu Municipal People’s Government to support the study and living of international students from “the Belt and Road” initiative countries who receive degree/diploma education or non-degree programs for more than three months in Chengdu.

Degree Student Scholarship (Undergraduate and Graduate Stduents)

III、Eligible Applicants

1. Applicants should be citizens from “the Belt and Road” initiative countries;

Ningxia University Study in China Scholarship Enrolment Program

6. Scholarship period

Scholarship same period with the professional education (undergraduate 4 -year, graduate 3 academic year, PhD 3 school year, the specific provisions of the letter of acceptance learning time). Ningxia University scholarships are issued every 12 months. During the Chinese preparatory education (Chinese language tuition), you will enjoy a half scholarship, and you will enjoy a full scholarship after you enter the major.

7, application steps

1. Applicants log in to http://www.apply.nxu.cucas.cn , select ” Online Application ” to enter the application page, click ” Register ” for a new account, and start filling in the application information;

2. Please be sure to read the ” User Guide ” carefully and start filling in;

3. Upload a scanned copy of the application materials and submit the application.

14. A copy of the “Foreigner Physical Examination Record” (the original is kept by yourself. Admissions Guide

Qinghai University was founded in 1958. It is the only local comprehensive university in Qinghai Province that focuses on four majors of engineering, agriculture, medicine, and management, and coordinates the development of other disciplines. Independent Enrollment Program of Chinese Universities

The “Autonomous Enrollment Program for Chinese Universities” is a full scholarship pro vided to the provincial education administrative departments of some provinces and autonomous regions in China and some Chinese universities for the direct selection and recruitment of outstanding young foreign students to study in China.

1. Types of funding

1. Enrollment categories: full-time master students and doctoral students, the duration of the scholarship for master students is 3 years; the duration of the scholarship for doctoral students is 4 years.

2. The enrollment quota of this scholarship is only for enrolling new students, not for students who have already studied in China. Students who study their native language or third-country language and literature majors such as English and French are not admitted.

3. All scholarship students who are taught in Chinese, if their Chinese proficiency does not meet the requirements for entering the major, they must take a one-year Chinese tuition after coming to China. Our school does not have Chinese language tuition programs.

4. The duration of the scholarship is the length of study determined at the time of admission, including the period of professional study. In principle, it will not be extended.

7. Admission and notification

1. After receiving the application materials, Qinghai University will review and select the best candidates for admission.

2. Applicants admitted by Qinghai University can receive Chinese government scholarships to study in China after they pass the review by the Scholarship Council;

3. Scholarship recipients must participate in the annual scholarship review as required after enrollment. Those who fail to pass the review will be suspended or disqualified from the scholarship.

4. Scholarship recipients are not allowed to change their admission institutions, majors and duration of study after coming to China;

Six, application instructions

1. The uploaded materials must be in Chinese or English. For documents in other languages, the original document and a notarized translation in English or Chinese must be uploaded at the same time. Please use a scanner to scan and upload relevant documents in color. Documents taken by mobile phones or cameras are not accepted, and copies are not accepted. Except for the “Foreigner Physical Examination Form” and personal signatures that can appear in handwriting, the other documents provided will not accept handwriting.

2. Seven, examination and admission

The school selects the best candidates for admission, and considers some majors in combination with the video interview situation. International students can log on to the online application system to check the admission results. The admission results of self-financed students will be announced before June 30. The admission results of the Chinese Government Scholarship and Shandong University International Student Freshman Scholarship will be announced no later than September 1. For those admitted, the admission notice and JW201/JW202 form will be mailed by the International Student Admissions Office of Shandong University.

8. Registration time

Admitted students must register at Shandong University in strict accordance with the time specified in the admission notice. Upon registration, the original graduation/degree certificate, original language proficiency certificate, etc. will be verified.

2020-2021 University Program—Chinese Government Scholarship

Chinese University Program is a full scholarship for designated Chinese universities and certain provincial education offices in specific provinces or autonomous regions to recruit outstanding international students for graduate studies in China. It only supports GRADUATE students.
