The International Mathematical Union invites applications for Abel Visiting Scholar Program, 2021-22 from mathematicians professionally based in developing countries to visit an international research collaborator for a period of one month.

Eligibility criteria for International Mathematical Union – Abel Visiting Scholar Program in US, 2021-22:

  • The applicants of the International Mathematical Union – Abel Visiting Scholar Program in US, 2021-22 should have a Ph.D. in Mathematics.
  • The candidates should be from a developing country.
  • The candidates should be in a particular position in a university/research institution.
  • The applicant should have been working with a University or College on a contract basis. He/She also should be in the early stages of their professional careers and below 40 years of age on the day of the application deadline.
